Community Based Volunteers 101

 I discovered the Community Based Volunteer service through my local Neighbourhood Watch Association. At the time I thought it was about Weapon Sweeps and Biker Marking. 

I attended a MS Terms introductions to volunteering which gave me access to the programme which included  a regular email of deployments which included requests for Stooging.
